General Terms

Account Registration

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• mk77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing time is under 15 minutes for mobile banking withdrawals and up to 3 business days for card withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a mandatory review period during which mk77 may request additional verification documents. This process typically takes no longer than 24 hours.
• mk77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

3.3 Anti-Money-Laundering

mk77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All player accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. mk77 reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or where mk77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited or wagered on the platform are derived from illegal sources.

Account Closure

Where mk77 closes an account for reasons other than a player's breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player. Where closure is the result of a Terms violation, mk77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mk77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the mk77 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

8.1 Platform Availability

mk77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures, or connectivity issues may cause temporary interruptions to the Services. mk77 will endeavour to minimise such interruptions and will notify players in advance of planned maintenance where possible.

8.2 Third-Party Services

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
